The benefits we bring to exporters will be felt in the city: our key goal is to increase the value of exports from Glasgow by 10% per annum.
Clearly some of this growth will come from current exporters. We also work to broaden the base of exporting companies, with a particular focus on small and medium sized enterprises.
We are also helping service sector companies consider the benefits of internationalisation. Modern telecommunications infrastructures (including the Internet) are opening up vast opportunities for many professional services and creative industries companies.
We do all this through our co-ordinated support service - offering
totally bespoke advice and information through a single point of
contact.
