Harry H. Baxter - Principal Adviser - Trade
An executive member of Glasgow Exports, Harry has over 20 years' private and public sector experience. He has a particular interest in the Marine, Oil and Gas Industries. An early advocate for the concept of partnering, he strongly believes in international co-operation.

Harry is a graduate of Strathclyde University, and studied as a post-graduate at Sheffield Centre of Management. He is a graduate member (and member) of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Marine Technology Society.

Eileen Anderson - Senior Adviser- Trade
A graduate in Marketing and Languages from Strathclyde University, Eileen also holds a postgraduate in Management and IT from Caledonian University. Upon graduating, Eileen worked in sales and marketing with London publishing houses, before joining the Guardian and Manchester Evening News.

Eileen joined the Public Sector in 1994 and has managed a number of inward reciprocal trade projects - as well as targeted trade exhibitions in Europe, North America and the Far East.

Sheila Kelly - Adviser - Trade
A graduate of Strathclyde University, Sheila has worked in public services for over 20 years and in the international trade arena for over ten years.
She has practical business experience in Asia and Europe and considerable experience in dealing with SMEs.
